Strategy Check:
Grow you business by developing strategies that bring value to your customer groups

If you want to move your company from being average to successful, you need to meet your customers’ needs and wants better than your competitors do. Customer-focused companies recognize that they cannot appeal to all buyers in the marketplace, or at least not to all buyers in the same way.

Buyers are too numerous, too widely scattered, and too varied in their needs and buying practices. Rather than trying to compete in the entire market, each company must identify parts of the market that it can serve best and most profitably.

The most effective way to do this is to group customers that respond in a similar way to a product or service offering. Targeting customer groups is critical to developing a sustainable competitive advantage.

Let us know how you are doing. We’d love to hear how your implementation is coming! See you next month!
